The Activities menu gives access to the Time Tracker, as well as to the catalogs for management of Employment, Task Types and Rates, and Experience Levels. The Employment catalog is only accessible by the account administrator.

Account users are automatically designated as employee upon registration. More employees can be added, some may not have an app login. Optionally an employee can be assigned an experience level, allowing to automatically apply distinctive task rates when calculating expected revenue. Supplying an employee cost rate average provides cost estimates for employee performances.

Once an employee has registered performances, these can be queried and printed.

Employee performances for a specific time frame can be viewed, printed or exported. Total amount of hours work are displayed, as well as associated cost and expected revenue.

The types of tasks performed and associated task rates can be managed from the Task Types catalog.

Task rates define at what amount performances can be billed, thereby generating revenue. The rates can be specified gradually, with the option of differentiating based on experience levels. The resulting task rates are used to calculate expected revenue from performances. For projects negotiated at fixed price or performances not charged by the hour, the rates are irrelevant and can be ignored. Viewing and editing task rates is only available to the account administrator.

The Time Tracker provides a convenient calendar week view of the employee's registered performances. It allows for easy entry, copy and edit of performances using click and drag actions.

Selecting an empty time frame on the calendar initiates a new performance. Complete performance entry by selection of project and task type and optionally providing a description of the task performed.

... slides out the performance entry screen. Completion of the performance entry will display it on the calendar view.

Selecting a performance on the calendar displays its data for viewing, with option to edit, copy or delete.

Account administrators can consult the time tracker of all employees, while others only have access to their own.
